Dr. Keith Kunda
Senior Pastor
Dr. Keith Kunda holds a Master’s degree in church music with a minor in Christian Education from Asbury Theological Seminary and a doctorate in music from Ball State University. He served for 19 years as a pastor of music and worship at five churches in four different denominations. He has also been a K-12 teacher, a recording studio producer, and a college professor.
Dr. Kunda has been a lifelong student of the Scriptures, and he has extensive experience as both a preacher and teacher of the Word of God. Theologically conservative and thoroughly evangelical, he is committed to in-depth biblical preaching that emphasizes the essentials of the Christian faith, while recognizing that all who know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord are brothers and sisters in Christ, regardless of their church affiliation. He is a firm believer that great music, active congregational participation, and excellence are all vital components of Christian worship.
Dr. Kunda has been married for 37 years. He and his wife, a high school counselor, have one married daughter and two grandsons. Their daughter is a piano teacher in Texas.

Jake Finney
Associate Pastor
Jake Finney was called to LBC as Pastor of Student Ministries in March of 2021. Originally from Lebanon Indiana, he graduated from Franklin College with a degree in Religious Studies in 2020 and currently attends Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jake worked with the Boys and Girls Club for many years as a Teen Coordinator and Athletic Director. He has a heart for spreading the gospel and equipping others to share their gifts.
Jake Finney is married to his wife Kylee. Kylee works as an ABA Therapist in Carmel Indiana. They met in college and have been together since. Jake and Kylee share a passion for sharing the gospel and both teach Sunday School classes.

Steve Meurer
Music Director
Steve Meurer has served as LBC’s Music Director since the church began in March 2015. With Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Music Education from Indiana State University, Steve was a public school educator for over 40 years. He was in Lawrence Township schools for 26 years and also taught at Terre Haute South High School, Fishers High School, and Western Boone Jr. - Sr. High.
Steve and his wife Rhonda have been involved in church music for many years in choir, orchestra, and brass ensembles. He served as the volunteer orchestra director at East 91st Street Christian Church for 20 years. Steve is currently the Assistant Director of the Indianapolis Symphonic Band. Steve and Rhonda are the parents of two adult children who, along with their spouses, are also very involved in the music ministry at LBC. They are the proud grandparents of three granddaughters and one grandson.

Nathan Gomes
Pastor of Student Ministries
Nathan Gomes was called into the ministry during his senior year of high school. Originally from Washington state, that calling took him to several ministries throughout the Pacific Northwest before leading him to Fishers, Indiana. Nathan has a passion for reaching children and youth, using a variety of tools such as Bible teaching, coaching/playing sports, outdoor activities and games. Nathan holds a bachelor's degree in youth and foreign ministry.
Nathan met his wife Giovanna in college. Since then, they have pursued ministry together and worked side-by-side to equip youth. They have recently embarked on a new ministry — being the parents of two amazing boys.
